LOCAL PICKUP INFORMATION
When Are Local Pickup Time Slots Are Available: !APPOINTMENTS REQUIRED! Monday - Friday, 1:00pm - 3:00pm. Timeslots fill up quickly. Expect that the current day and the day after will be fully booked. If a day or time are greyed out, it is currently already full.
Local Pickup Requirements: You are REQUIRED to schedule your pickup appointment in an available time slot as well as provide the order number for verification at pickup. If you do not provide your order number or show up outside of your selected time slot, we will NOT dispense your items to you and you will need to reschedule your appointment.
Abandoned Items: After paying for your auction, you have seven (7) days to schedule a pickup appointment. If you do not schedule your appointment within seven days after paying for your auction, or miss your pickup appointment and do not reschedule it within another 7 days, your items will be considered abandoned and will be processed as a donation WITHOUT REFUND. If something happens, reach out to us before any deadlines end and we will typically work with you.
How To Schedule A Pickup Appointment: If an item is available for shipping but you want to convert it to Local Pickup, the option will be given during payment when the shipping cost is shown. Select the Local Pickup option, then proceed to the next steps. Pay for your won auction(s) > On Shopgoodwill.com, go to "Open Orders" > click/tap on the order you want to pick up > scroll down to "Schedule Pickup" > Select an available time slot. If your preferred time slot is not available, that time slot is already full. We are not open on weekends.
Where To Pickup: Local Pickup is at the Goodwill Outlet Store (North side of the building) at 2800 Southwest Blvd, Tulsa, OK 74107. This is NOT the admin building lobby. Enter the Outlet during your appointment time frame and inform the cashier you have arrived for a Local Pickup order. They will contact a member of our E-commerce team to assist you, so long as you have scheduled an appointment and can provide your order number.
Is An Item Local Pickup Only?: Check the Item Info tab. The "Shipping Price" will show "Pickup Only".
