ATTENTION! You are required to schedule a time in an available time slot as well as provide the order number for verification at pickup. If you do not provide your order number or show up outside of your selected time slot, we will not dispense your items to you.
HOW TO SCHEDULE A PICKUP: Pay for the order then go to "Open Orders" > click/tap on the order you want to pick up > scroll down to "Schedule Pickup" > Select an available time slot. If your preferred time slot is not available, that time slot is already full. We are not open on weekends.
WHERE TO PICKUP: Local Pickup will be at the Goodwill Outlet at 2800 Southwest Blvd, Tulsa, OK 74107. Enter the building and inform the cashier you have arrived for a Local Pickup order. They will contact a member of our E-commerce team to assist you.
You have seven (7) days after your scheduled time slot to pick your order(s) up. After seven days, the items with be considered abandoned and donated to us without refund.
