LOCAL PICKUP INFORMATION
Local Pickup Time Slots Are Available: Monday - Friday, 1:00pm - 3:00pm. APPOINTMENTS REQUIRED
Local Pickup Requirements: You are REQUIRED to schedule your pickup appointment in an available time slot as well as provide the order number for verification at pickup. If you do not provide your order number or show up outside of your selected time slot, we will NOT dispense your items to you and you will need to reschedule your appointment.
ABANDONED ITEMS: After paying for your auction, you have seven (7) days to schedule a pickup appointment. If you do not schedule your appointment within seven days after paying for your auction, or miss your pickup appointment and do not reschedule it within another 7 days, your items will be considered abandoned and will be processed as a donation WITHOUT REFUND. If something happens, reach out to us before any deadlines end and we will typically work with you.
HOW TO SCHEDULE A PICKUP: Pay for your won auction(s) > On Shopgoodwill.com, go to "Open Orders" > click/tap on the order you want to pick up > scroll down to "Schedule Pickup" > Select an available time slot. If your preferred time slot is not available, that time slot is already full. We are not open on weekends.
WHERE TO PICKUP: Local Pickup is at the Goodwill Outlet store at 2800 Southwest Blvd, Tulsa, OK 74107. Enter the building during you appointment time frame and inform the cashier you have arrived for a Local Pickup order. They will contact a member of our E-commerce team to assist you, so long as you have scheduled an appointment and can provide your order number.
Is an item Local Pickup Only?: Check the Item Info tab, Shipping Price will show "Pickup Only". WE DO NOT CONVERT PICKUP ONLY ORDERS TO SHIPPING.
