All pickup coordination must be completed by sending a message through ShopGoodwill.com. I will respond directly within that message chain to confirm your pickup details.

Pickup Requirements
- Items must be paid in full prior to pickup.
- Pickups must occur at least 24 hours after payment to allow staff adequate time to locate and prepare items.
- Walk-ins are permitted only if payment has been completed and the 24-hour preparation period has passed.
- Customers arriving before the 24-hour processing period may be asked to return at a later time.
