Local Pick-Up

• Pickups: Orders may be picked up from our retail storefront "The Grid" located at 5301 Wilkinson Blvd, Charlotte, NC 28208. Please call the store at least 24 hours in advance to confirm an appointment.
• Failure to schedule pickups in advance may result in an extended wait to be assisted or service being denied at the pickup location depending on staffing availability and the size of your order.
• Pickups can be scheduled between Monday-Friday 10 A.M. to 7:00 P.M. If you need to schedule a pickup outside of these hours, we are open to making arrangements to do so.
• Pickups must be arranged at least 24 hours prior to visiting the pickup location.
• You must personally pick up your items unless you specify ahead of time that a third party will be picking up your items on your behalf.
• All orders must be paid for in ShopGoodwill prior to scheduling a pickup. We will not accept payment for ShopGoodwill items through our retail storefront. 
• Please enter the retail store and speak to an employee when you have arrived at the location for your item(s). Please be able to provide an employee with either your ShopGoodwill Order Number(s) or your name as it appears in ShopGoodwill for confirmation.
