All items must be picked up within 14 days of purchase.
Any item not picked up within 14 days of purchase will be resold without any prior notification.
Payment for items not picked up within 14 days of purchase will be considered a donation and will not be refunded.
All pick-up orders must be paid for prior to pick-up. Payments will not be accepted onsite - no exceptions.
This information is for Local customers who will pick up, not for those needing their order to be shipped out. We ship all orders except for those that are too large in size and weight for shipping.

Monday - Friday pick-ups should preferably be made by appointment. To make an appointment call or send a support ticket to inform us on your planned pick up time so your item/s can be ready when you arrive.
Be prepared to notify a staff member with your name and order number when you arrive. You also can call us directly at 936-632-8838 extension 3 to inform us of your arrival.
