When arriving for pickup, please drive to the right hand side of the building. The last door on the right side is marked Customer Service.
Local Pickup Policy
All items must be picked up within 14 days of actual purchase date.
All items not picked up in that time frame will be relisted. This acts as the only notice given. All monies paid will then be turned into a donation to support our Mission Statement.
All items picked up must be picked up by the individual named in the profile unless you have made prior arrangements through the ticket system.
No 3rd party pickups without prior approval.
Identification is required to be shown when picking up all orders
Payment for items not picked up within 14 days of purchase will be considered a donation and will not be refunded.
All pick-up orders must be paid for prior to pick-up. Payments will not be accepted on-site - no exceptions.
No Walk-Ins.
If you have not scheduled and received a confirmation of your pick up time, we will not be able to accommodate your pick up.
Local pickup must be scheduled prior to arrival by utilizing the online pick-up scheduler located under My Shopgoodwill.
