Items may be picked up at 3100 W. 4th St., Sioux City, IA 51103 9:00am-4:30pm Mon-Fri at the Support Center front desk. Fridays 12pm-4:30pm please call E-Commerce Dept. (712-224-1336) upon arrival at the Support Center, as door will be locked. We will come and meet you at this entrance with your order. Items MUST be paid online prior to pick up. If you would like to pick up your purchase after hours please submit a support ticket or call 24 hours in advance M-F 9:00-4:30 and we will make the necessary arrangements for you to pick it up at the store. We are closed 6 holidays per year (New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas). If these days fall on a weekend, we are closed either the Friday before or Monday after, whichever is closer. There may be a few other days throughout the year we are closed for company events. In these circumstances, we will send messages to pickup customers that have paid for their orders by the morning before the closure the following day. We will not be able to provide free shipping in the event that a customer comes in to pick up and we are closed at the time. Customers are welcome to send us a message or call us to confirm we are open at the preferred time of pickup.
