Items may be picked up at 3100 W. 4th St., Sioux City, IA 51103 9:00am-4:30pm Mon-Fri at the Support Center front desk. Fridays 12pm-4:30pm please call E-Commerce Dept. (712-224-1336) upon arrival at the Support Center, as door will be locked. We will come and meet you at this entrance with your order. Items MUST be paid online prior to pick up. If you would like to pick up your purchase after hours please submit a support ticket or call 24 hours in advance M-F 9:00-4:30 and we will make the necessary arrangements for you to pick it up at the store.
