Items may be picked up at 3100 W. 4th St., Sioux City, IA 51103 between the hours of 9:00am and 4:30pm Mon-Fri at the Support Center front desk. Items MUST be paid online prior to pick up. If you would like to pick up your purchase after hours please submit a support ticket or call 24 hours in advance M-F 9:00-4:30 and we will make the necessary arrangements for you to pick it up at the store.
