Local pickup is via appointment only. Once your order is ready to be picked up, our support staff will contact you on how to pickup your order via our booking page. We reserve the right to turn away customers that have not scheduled a pickup appointment.
Generally, most pickups confirmation messages are sent within 48 hours.
Orders must be picked up within 7-days of the confirmation message. Not picking up your order within the the required timeframe will lead to your order to be cancelled and considered a donation to Goodwill of SF Bay with no refund.
