Due to the size or fragile nature of these items, shipping is not available through Goodwill Industries of Northern Illinois. By placing a bid, you acknowledge and agree to the following pickup requirements.
If you're the winning bidder for a pick-up item:
Location and Scheduling
- Items must be picked up at our Rockford, Illinois, location within 14 days of payment.
- All pickups require an appointment. Pickup hours are Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
- To schedule your appointment, please use the Pickup Scheduler link provided on your order confirmation page.
- Please bring a valid photo ID and a printed receipt to your appointment.
Third-Party Shipping Options
Goodwill is unable to package, box, or prepare pickup-only items for shipment.
If you prefer to have your item shipped, you may arrange packaging and shipping services through a third-party provider. Some customers have successfully used a local UPS Store in Rockford, Illinois. For more information, contact them directly at 815-398-8300.
All arrangements and associated costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Important Pickup Deadline
Items not picked up within 14 days of payment will be relisted for sale, and the original payment will be considered a donation to Goodwill Industries of Northern Illinois.
