• Pick-up door is located inside our retail store in Salem, VA.
• Payment must be made in advance online. We are unable to process payments of any kind on-site or by phone.
• A seller-issued 4-digit confirmation number (NOT the automated payment confirmation email) and signature are required to pick-up each order.
• Once a pick-up confirmation number is assigned, you will be provided a date and time that the order is available for pick-up.
• To combine items for one pick-up order, please checkout with combined shipping prior to making payment.
• Item(s) must be picked up within 10 days from the time a confirmation is issued; otherwise, the item(s) will be considered a donation back to Goodwill and be re-listed without notice.
• A non-negotiable handling fee per auction item applies and is subject to Virginia sales tax.
• If payment is made for the shipping fee, the item will be shipped and will no longer be available for pick-up.
