Please schedule appointments through the ShopGoodwill.com Pickup Scheduling System after payment is made.

If you need to change appointment, please open a customer service ticket by CONTACTING SELLER, so they can change/update the appointment for you.

Items must be picked up within 5 days of purchase. If not picked up, orders will be considered abandoned and donated to that local Goodwill.

• The address for the pick-up appointment is: 941 HWY 80-E Clinton, MS 39056. Please Go to the register, tell them your name and let them know you are here to pick up an online order.

• Identification and a signature are required for pickup. If you request someone else to pick up your order, please submit a customer service ticket with the order number and name of the person picking up for you.

• a max 2 items per order with 2 orders limited to each appt. (2 is also the limit for combined shipping)

• Ensure the personnel and equipment needed to transport your order are provided at time of pickup. We are unable to assist with loading items into vehicles. We do not wrap pickup orders.
