Please schedule appointments through the ShopGoodwill.com Pickup Scheduling System.

***Starting JULY 1st, ALL items will have to be shipped, as we will be moving and not have a pickup area at our new location until after March 2027***

• Pickups by appointment only and can be scheduled between 10-2pm Monday-Friday.

• The address for the pick-up appointment is: 941 HWY 80 Clinton, MS 39056. The door for ecommerce pickups is located at the back of the Clinton Goodwill Store next to the furniture and identified with an Ecommerce Sign. We are moving June 30th and won't be offering in-store pickup at the new location.

• All orders must be scheduled in advance. NO WALK IN PICK UPS! By Appointment ONLY

• Identification and a signature are required for pickup. If you request someone else to pick up your order, please submit a customer service ticket with the order number and name of the person picking up for you.

• Multiple orders can be scheduled to be picked up at the same time with a max 3 items at a time.

• Ensure the personnel and equipment needed to transport your order are provided at time of pickup. We are unable to assist with loading items into vehicles. We do not fully wrap pickup orders.

Orders not picked up within 18 days of the Payment date will be considered abandoned and noted as a donation. The abandoned order will be relisted without a refund.
