Please schedule your pickup, that way we have your item ready for you when you arrive. We are currently not able to pull orders the same day they are paid for.
We are open for pickup Monday through Friday 8 a.m.- 3:00 p.m. We are closed all major holidays. If the holiday falls on the weekend, it is observed either Friday or Monday, please call ahead if you are unsure.
To pick up your order, please go to the Online Order Pickup Door at the back of our Outlet Store Location. Parking is located right next to the door. Please the ring doorbell for assistance.
We hold items for 30 days after the date of payment, if the item is not picked up it is considered a donated item and no refund will be issued.
Please note - if it is listed as a pickup item and you can not personally pick it up you have other options. If someone else is picking up the item, please contact us and let us know who will be picking it up and ask that person to bring ID with them when picking up. We also work with third party shippers. Please let us know if this is something you are doing and we will have the item ready for that shipper.
