Pickup Instructions for Your ShopGoodwill Order
Thank you for your recent purchase! Your item is ready for pickup at our Newark location. To ensure a smooth experience, please follow the guidelines below:
- Location: 245 Deo Drive, Newark, Ohio 43055 (Goodwill Plaza near Kohl’s).
- Finding Us: Once inside, please proceed to the ShopGoodwill / Goodwill2Go display.
- Pickup Hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM 4:00 PM.
Scheduling Your Pickup: Please submit a customer service request at least 24 hours in advance with your preferred date and time.
Upon Arrival: Please call 740-345-9861 (Ext. 623), and a team member will be out shortly to assist you.
