Pickup details

**PLEASE NOTE: Items purchased that are designated "Pickup Only" must be picked up in person at our distribution center within 7 days of purchase date. Unless otherwise notified, items not picked up by the deadline may be considered abandoned and donated back to Goodwill without refund.


Pick Up

By Appointment Only

When: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm (Closed Weekends)

Where:  7237 Cockrill Bend Blvd, Nashville Tennessee 


How to Schedule:  

1) Payment must be made before scheduling for pickup. No money is handled at the distribution location.

2) We are not permitted to assist with loading items into your vehicle. Please plan to bring along your own loading help and any materials necessary to pack or secure your items for transit.

3) To request an appointment:

  • Create a Customer Service ticket by using the "Contact Seller" button on your item or order. Please know, we do not schedule appointments by phone.
  • Include your name as listed on the account and your order number.
  • Offer 2 different days and/or times you are available within our pickup hours. We will always try our best to meet your first request.
  • Schedule at least 1 business day in advance to allow us to prepare your order and minimize your wait time.



When you arrive:

When entering our parking lot, our customer pickup area is located on the east end of the warehouse. Look for the door with the small blue awning. Please park in one of the customer pickup spaces and call us at the number listed on the sign to let us know you have arrived. We will bring your purchases out to you.

DIRECTIONS: The Goodwill Ecommerce Department is located in West Nashville, across from the John C. Tune Airport, about 15 minutes west of downtown Nashville. From downtown, head west on Interstate 40, take Exit 204A TN 155 North/Briley Parkway, then take Exit 26B Centennial Blvd West. Merge onto Centennial Blvd. Continue straight onto Cockrill Bend Blvd. (approximately .7 miles) and turn left at 7237 Cockrill Bend Blvd. Follow the drive along the side of the warehouse and parking will be ahead. The Customer Pick Up area will be to the right of the Outlet Store entrance (as you face the building) and it will have a small, blue awning above the door. There are 2 dedicated parking spaces marked Customer Pick Up. Upon arrival, please call the number on the parking sign with your name, order number and parking space for convenient pick up.

When:Monday - Friday 8:30am-4:00pm By Appointment only. All appointment requests should be submitted through SGW’s Pick Up Scheduler. NO appointments will be made over the phone or through customer service tickets. If you leave a message we will respond via SGW’s ticket system. You must wait 48 business hours after the last order is paid to request an appointment. Pick-up hours are M-F 8:30am-4pm. NO SAME DAY PICK-UP. We DO NOT accept walk-ins or drive-ups. There is NO EXCEPTIONS to this policy.
