Pickup details

**PLEASE NOTE: Items purchased for pickup MUST be picked up in person at our warehouse within 2 weeks of purchase date. Items not picked up by the deadline will be considered abandoned and will be re-donated back to Goodwill without refund.

When: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 1:30pm  By Appointment ONLY

How to Schedule:  

>Please use the Shopgoodwill Customer Service Ticket System to request a pick up appointment. Include your name, your order# and your preferred pick up date & time, plus at least one alternate date & time, in case we are unavailable for your first choice.  

>In order to make your experience as convenient as possible,.requests should be made at least 24-48 hours in advance of your desired pick up time to allow us to prepare your order. Pickups confirmed with less than 24 hour notice may experience longer wait times.

>Please monitor your ticket and wait for confirmation of your appointment. You should receive a response within 24-48 hours of your request outlining our pickup process and any information you may need to know.

Upon arrival at our facility, please park in the designated area marked by the "Online Goodwill" sign and call the phone # for service. For assistance, please call 615-346-1233. PLEASE DO NOT ENTER THE DOUBLE DOORS, WE WILL COME TO YOU.... We want to ensure your safety as well as the safety of our team members.

  • Orders cannot be paid for on site, payment can only be made through the shopgoodwill website or the shopgoodwill app.
  • Payment must be made at least 48 hrs. prior to scheduled pick up
  • No appointments will be scheduled by phone.
  • No same day pick up
  • We are prohibited from loading items into vehicles. You must load and bring your own packing materials. All items must be retrieved at the time of pick-up. Loading is the responsibility of the customer. WE DO NOT LOAD.
  • Orders that have been paid for pickup, cannot be changed to ship




DIRECTIONS: The Goodwill Ecommerce Department is located near The Nations neighborhood and across from the John C. Tune Airport, about 15 minutes west of downtown Nashville. From downtown, head west on Interstate 40, take Exit 204A TN 155 North/Briley Parkway, then take Exit 26B Centennial Blvd. West. Merge onto Centennial Blvd. Continue straight onto Cockrill Bend Blvd. (approximately .7 miles) and turn left to 7237 Cockrill Bend Blvd. Follow the drive along the side of the warehouse and parking will be ahead. The Customer Pick Up area will be to the right of the Outlet Store entrance, and it will have an awning above the door. There are 2 dedicated parking spaces marked Customer Pick Up. Upon arrival, please call the number on the parking sign with your name, order number and parking space you are in for convenient pick up.
