Thank you for choosing local pickup with Goodwill Gulf Coast. To ensure a smooth experience, please schedule your pickup in advance through the ShopGoodwill website. Walk-in or unscheduled pickups cannot be accommodated; no exceptions and items will only be available during your designated appointment time.
Pickup Details:
- Location: Pickups are available at the former community center next to the Goodwill retail store on Schillinger Rd. South.
- Hours: Monday - Friday, 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
- Arrival: Only one person is allowed inside for pickup, except when accompanied by children. For large or heavy items and multiple-item orders, please pull your vehicle up to the door. Only items scheduled for pickup that day can be collected; unscheduled items cannot be picked up.
- Order Hold Policy: Orders will be held for up to 7 days. If you’re unable to pick up within this timeframe, please contact us by submitting a ticket on ShopGoodwill or by phone (251-300-6279) to arrange alternative options.
If you miss your pick-up appointment and do not contact us to reschedule within 7 days or reschedule and miss that appointment as well, your items will be considered a donation to Goodwill Gulf Coast and will no longer be available or eligible for a refund.
