Thank you for choosing local pickup with Goodwill Gulf Coast. To ensure a smooth experience, please schedule your pickup in advance through the ShopGoodwill website. Walk-in or unscheduled pickups cannot be accommodated, and items will only be available during your designated appointment time.
Pickup Details:
- Location: Pickups are available at the former community center next to the Goodwill retail store on Schillinger Rd. South.
- Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
- Preparation Time: Please allow up to 24 hours after payment for your order to be ready.
- Order Hold Policy: Orders will be held for up to 7 days. If you’re unable to pick up within this timeframe, please contact us by submitting a ticket on ShopGoodwill to arrange alternative options.
If we don’t hear from you within 7 days, your items will be considered a donation to Goodwill Gulf Coast and will no longer be available or eligible for a refund.
