**Pick ups must be scheduled within 7 days of order payment and pick must occur within 7 days of scheduling date.***

Available Pick-Up Hours: Every day between 8:00 a.m. to noon, and 1 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. CST (closed major holidays)
Update: By by the end of October 2026 Goodwill of Greater Milwaukee and Chicago is implementing on site Luxer pickup lockers. More Details to follow. Please ensure the email associated with your account is active as we will be communicating to you when your order is ready for pick and you will receive pick up instructions via email from Luxer.
Should your order not fit in a locker or the order value exceed our threshold you will receive communication to set up a live pick-up during business hours via the scheduling tool on ShopGoodwill. Thank you
