Pickups are by appointment only, use the scheduler on the website.
Pickup Hours: Tuesday-Friday, 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM (closed major holidays).
Pickup address: 11 W. Jackson St.
Be sure to bring valid identification and know your user name, you will be asked.
Items selected for pickup must be scheduled and picked up within 14 days of the close of auction.
**Items not picked up within 14 days from the close of auction will be resold with no further notice and the payment will be considered a donation to Goodwill.
You must be able to load, lift, and carry all of your items yourself. You must bring your own packing materials should you require it.
**If you miss your scheduled time please call or message to reschedule, do not just come in - this will be strictly enforced.
