Local Pick-Up Orders
What are the hours for local pick-up? Local pick-up is available from Monday through Friday, 9:00 am-12:00 pm, and 1:00 pm-4:00 pm. at 145 Keep Court in Elyria, Ohio.
Can someone else pick up my order for me?
Yes, but you must contact us in advance, and the person picking up the item must present a valid government-issued photo ID.
Do I have to schedule an appointment to pick up my item?
Yes, we now require pick ups to be scheduled though the scheduling portal through the ShopGoodwill.com website.
What happens if I don't pick up my order within 14 days?
If items are not picked up within 14 days, they will be considered a donation and will be re-listed and resold. You will not receive a refund.
Can I pay for local pick-up orders in person?
No, payments must be made through the ShopGoodwill.com website prior to pick-up.
