Local Pick Up Orders: All orders must be paid made thru the Shopgoodwill.com website, prior to pick up. We are unable to accept payments in person.

Mon - Wed 9AM - 4PM; Thu-Fri 9AM-530PM; Closed Stat Holidays. Please Pay in advance and have your item number and a piece of ID. Order must be picked up within 14 days of payment.

- Pick up must be completed within 14 days of date of payment. All items not picked up within 14 days will be considered a donation to Goodwill and will be re-listed and resold. The price of the item will be refunded; the handling fee will be retained.
- We ask that customers give us 1 business day following the time of payment to prepare their order before they come to pick it up
- Customers who wish to have another person pickup their items must contact via phone at 519-520-3779 or via a ShopGoodwill support ticket with the name of the person who is picking up the item. This person must also present a valid government issue photo ID. (Drivers license, Provincial Photo Card, Health Card, etc.)
