All local pick up orders must be scheduled through the ShopGoodwill Pickup calendar 24 hours prior to picking up at 5307 Kingston Pike (Administration Building) Monday through Friday (holiday exceptions) 10:00am - 4:00pm.
Walk in pickup requests will not be honored.
Multiple orders can be scheduled to be picked up at the same time as long as they are paid for by the previous day.
Ensure the personnel and equipment needed to transport your order are provided at the time of pick up. We are unable to assist with loading items into vehicles.
24 hours notice for all local pick up items. Missed appointments must be rescheduled via the calendar.
Items not picked up within 14 days of the last purchase will be considered abandoned and a donation. No refunds.
