In lieu of having an item shipped you may select on site pickup instead. All items are eligible for on site pickup. No shipping charge will be applied to final purchase, however the handling fee for each item will still be applied at checkout. Some items that are too large or we are not able to package and ship we can choose to sell as on site pick up only. All items purchased as pick up only, must be picked up on site. We cannot ship the items to you after the fact. NO EXCEPTIONS. Please use the pickup scheduler on the website to schedule a date and time for pick up. Available times are 8:00am-12:00pm; 12:30pm-4:00pm Monday through Friday. In addition certain holidays and observed holidays the facility will be closed and no pick ups will be available. Our facility is located at 420 E Alcott St. Kalamazoo, MI 49001. Any questions regarding this policy may be directed to customer service. A response will be sent within one business day.
