Pickup details

  • All Pick Up Orders Must be Scheduled.
  • Our department is on lunch between 12:00PM-12:30PM and we will not be able to handle pickups during these times. There are not and will not be time slots during lunch. Please note that unless scheduled 48 hours in advance and approval by manager, weekend pickups are not available.
  • All pickup orders must be paid for, through online payments via shopgoodwill.com, 48 hours prior to pick up. Cash on delivery, payment over the phone, or purchase at visit is not an available option and will not be accepted. Customer will be turned away until the given time has passed.
  •  After an order has been paid for as a pickup, customers will have the option to “schedule their pickup by clicking the button at the bottom of the order confirmation page. You will be able to pick a date and time slot, at your convenience, to save to your order. Any changes will need to be done by the customer on their side in the same fashion.
  • Orders must be picked up within 10 business days of payment or orders WILL BE considered re-donations without refund. If an order must be picked up after the 10 business days, a customer service ticket MUST be sent in to schedule an agreed upon date with the shipping department. Last minute online re-scheduling will not be honored unless discussed with the shipper.
  • At the time of pickup, proof of purchase is required. Paper and mobile proof is accepted with valid ID. If you are having someone else besides yourself picking up your order, you must notify the shipper in advance through customer service ticket with the persons name. They must have a copy or screenshot of your order and their personal ID to confirm pickup.
  • Some listings may be marked as Pick-Up (PU only). We do not ship pick up only items as they exceed the limitations for our department and or carrier. Purchasing customer may reach out to our location, via customer ticket, and work with our team to schedule a third party shipper (We are not able to suggest/recommend third party shippers).
  • If using a third party shipper, we are not responsible for any packing or boxing of the items or liable for any damages or issues with items once the order has been picked up. No refunds on anything shipped third party.
