We are available for pickups Monday-Friday 9AM to 4PM. We are not available for pickups on Saturday or Sunday.
On Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, & Friday, enter through the Second Story bookstore and let them know you are there to pickup an order.
On Monday only (Second Story is closed on Monday), enter Goodwill At The Trail Retail Store and let them know you are there to pickup an order.
If you enter Goodwill At The Trail Retail Store on Tuesday-Friday for a pickup, you will be redirected to Second Story as that's where all pickups are handled.
For a faster pickup experience, please have an item number or order number readily available.
