Local Pickup Policy
All items are available for local pickup.
Scheduling & Payment
- Pickup appointments are required and must be scheduled through the pickup scheduler on ShopGoodwill.com or in the Shopgoodwill App.
- All orders must be paid in full prior to pickup.
- No payments are accepted at the time of pickup.
Pickup Hours
- Monday-Saturday: 8:00 AM 3:00 PM (PST)
- Closed for lunch: 11:00 AM 12:00 PM
Please arrive on time. If delayed, notify us through a customer service ticket.
Items must be picked up within 14 calendar days of payment. Items not collected within this period are considered abandoned, re-donated, and relisted without refund.
Buyers may arrange third-party pickup or delivery for large or “Pickup Only items. The carrier must be able to pack, load, and transport the item and assumes full responsibility. Please submit a customer service ticket for coordination.
- No pets allowed, except service animals.
