Attention! Beginning 2/1/24 all Pickup Orders will be processed through the entrance located at the corner of Spencer and Mason. The address will now be 1307 W Spencer St. The entrance is on the opposite corner of the building from the Outlet. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Thank you!
-Pickups are MONDAY - FRIDAY between 9:00AM and 3:00PM. There is a half hour lunch period between 11:30 and Noon, during which time nobody will be available to help with Pickups.
-We require 24 hours from payment prior to pick up. This gives us time to prepare your items and make sure everything is in order so you don't have to spend time waiting or possibly waste a trip.
-Please schedule your Pick-up through Shopgoodwill.
-Please give your name as it appears on the order and have the order number available on arrival.
- Items must be picked up with in 7 days of purchase. Items not picked up after 7 days will be considered a donation and relisted without notice.
