Tuesday-Thursday 9-3:00PM Friday 9AM-12.20PM (E-COMM closes early on Fridays)
1. Appointments will not be scheduled by phone.
2. All items must be paid for at least 24 hours prior to your pickup appointment.
3. Appointment requests must be made no later than 3 days from when payment was made on the item(s).
4. Orders must be scheduled and picked up within 7 days of payment
5. No same day pick up.
6. We are unable to load items into vehicles.
7. 15 items per appointment, if you have more than 15 items please make another appointment.
8. Items that are not picked up within 7 days after receipt of payment are considered a donation and will be relisted without notice.

ONCE SHIPPING HAS BEEN PAID, WE ARE UNABLE TO CONVERT THE ORDER TO PICK UP
To create a Pick Up order and obtain Pick Up hours and location information for an item, sign in to your ShopGoodwill.com account, go to the Open Orders section, click on the Pay link next to the item, and then select Pick Item Up as the shipping option for the item ( 15 items per appointment, you are able to set multiple appointments). This will create an order for the item without a shipping charge other than any handling fee that may be set for the item by the seller.
Pick up orders must be picked up on the side of the building
in the designated parking spots. (Not inside the retail store)
