To create a Pick Up order and obtain Pick Up hours and location information for an item, sign in to your ShopGoodwill.com account, go to the Open Orders section, click on the Pay link next to the item, and then select Pick Item Up as the shipping option for the item. This will create an order for the item without a shipping charge other than any handling fee that may be set for the item by the seller.

2. Payment must be made at least 24hrs prior to scheduled pick
up
3. Appointment must be requested no later than 3-days from
payment of order
4. Orders must be scheduled and picked up within 7 calendar days
of payment or item will be re-listed and not refunded without
further notice.

6. We are unable to load items into vehicles.
7. Pick up orders must be picked up on the side of the building
with the designated parking spots. (Not inside the retail store)
