Please schedule appointments through the Shop Goodwill Pickup Scheduling System.
- Pickups can be scheduled between 10AM and 6PM Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
- All orders must be scheduled to be picked up. Walk in order pickup requests will not be honored.
- Multiple orders can be scheduled to be picked up at the same time.
- Ensure the personnel and equipment needed to transport your order are provided at time of pick up. We are unable to assist with loading items into vehicles.
Orders not picked up within two weeks of the scheduled date will be considered abandoned and a donation. The abandoned order will be relisted without a refund.
