Pickups are by appointment only. We are open for pickup appointments Thursday and Friday between 10 AM and 2:30 PM. To schedule your order pickup appointment, please use the online pickup scheduler. Please be advised that pickup appointments may be made for no more than 10 items at a time. Please place pickup orders in multiples of 10 items per order. You have 30 days from the end of auction to pick up your item(s) or your purchase will be considered a donation.
3rd Party Pickup: Unfortunately, we do not know of and do not deal directly with local pickup/shippers for items. It is the buyer's responsibility to arrange for pickup of their items. If a buyer does appoint someone else for pickup, they must reach out to us through the customer service ticketing system to let us know the individual's name prior to the assigned pickup appointment as a photo ID will be required at pickup.
