Pickup times: Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 4 PM. Please use the Pickup Scheduler to make an appointment for pickup. If you arrive at our facilities without a previously approved pickup appointment, you will be required to schedule an appointment on the next available pickup date.
Log into your ShopGoodWill account.
Click on the "My ShopGoodWill" drop-down menu on the home page.
Select "Pickup Schedule" from the menu to view your appointments.
If no pickup order has been scheduled, a calendar icon will appear.
Click the icon to schedule an appointment.
If you have a scheduled appointment and can still reschedule or modify it, check and X icons will be available.
Click the check icon to update your appointment.
Click the X icon to cancel your appointment.
Items will be held for two weeks after payment is made; after this period, they will be considered a donation and resold without further notice.
All of our items include a handling fee of $2. For orders of 2 items or more, we have a Price Cap of $4.00. A handling fee is an amount added to a customer's subtotal at checkout. Handling fees offset the expenses associated with posting, storing, labeling, packing, and/or sending an order.
