Items must be picked up in 14 days (from the date of payment). Overdue items will be considered a donation, as our storage space is limited- there will be NO NOTIFICATION sent that your item has passed the 14 day mark.
Pick up is available only with a CONFIRMED APPOINTMENT 24 hours in advance, Weekdays 10:00AM to 3:30PM. Please use the online scheduler to set up the time you will arrive and we will have your order ready. If you have multiple orders, only one appointment time is needed.
Orders that are PAID 24 Hours in advancement will be ready at your scheduled pick up time.

Pickup Procedure:
1) Sign in & PAY for your order
3) Select "My Shopgoodwill" , "Pickup Schedule"
3) Select a convenient date and time
On Pick up Day: MUST PRESENT FORM OF I.D. TO PICK UP YOUR ITEM - Enter the main lobby. Inform receptionist you have arrived and sign for your order. We will be out with your items out ASAP You are welcome to wait in the lobby or outside by the entrance.
