**Pickup Policy Notification**
Please be advised that items must be picked up within 14 days from the date of payment. Items that remain uncollected after this period will be considered a donation due to our limited storage space. Please note that we will not issue notifications when your item surpasses the 14-day timeframe.
Pickup is available by appointment only. Our pickup hours are Monday through Friday, from 10:00 AM to 3:30 PM. You must utilize our online scheduler to arrange a time for your pickup order.
**Missed Appointments Policy**
If you miss your scheduled appointment, it will be removed from our calendar to allow for re-scheduling. Please ensure that you reschedule your appointment within 5 business days. If you do not reschedule within this timeframe, your order will be considered a donation. Thank you for your understanding.

**On Pickup Day:**
You **MUST PRESENT A FORM OF I.D.** to collect your item. Please enter the main lobby and inform the receptionist of your arrival. You will be asked to sign for your order. Our team will bring your items out to you as soon as possible. You are welcome to wait in the lobby or outside by the entrance.
