Goodwill Industries of Greater Cleveland & East Central Ohio serves the Greater Cleveland & North Canton area. We schedule pickups at our Cleveland and North Canton Warehouse locations on Tuesdays - Fridays from 8 - 3 PM only. Please Contact Seller from the Item/Order Page to reach our Customer Service Department to make a Pickup Appointment (48 hours' notice required). We need to have customers scheduled for pick up the day before. So basically, you need get a confirmation message from us on Wednesday to pick up on Thursday. Depending on which warehouse you would like to pick up at, we may need to courier your order there first. Please let us know your preference!
