Orders must be picked up within 14 days of payment. After 14 days, all orders and payments are forfeited. Pickup appointments are available but not necessary. Orders may be picked up Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) from 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. at our store located at 209 Virginia Street West, Charleston, WV 25302. When you come to pick up, simply tell the cashier you have a Shopgoodwill order and they will let us know. If you need to make arrangements outside of our listed hours, please contact us.
