Goodwill of Western and Northern Connecticut

Customer pick-ups are available Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9am-3pm and Saturdays from 10am-1pm. Please allow 24 hours from time of payment for your order to be prepared for pick-up. We appreciate it if you schedule your pick up through Shopgoodwill website, but it is not mandatory, as long as you arrive during designated days/times. We will hold orders up to 30 days. If you are unable to pick up your order within that time period, you MUST send a ticket through Shopgoodwill to make arrangements for pick-up. If we do not hear from you, your item(s) will be considered a donation to Goodwill of Western & Northern CT. and will be unavailable to you and not eligible for a refund.
