Pick up order Policies
1. Appointments to pick up can be made Monday Through Friday 9am-4pm By calling 661-412-4028 appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance and are limited in availability
2. In order to pick up an item you MUST HAVE AN APPOINTMENT
4. All items MUST be paid 24 hours prior to your pickup appointment day. Any items paid same day as your appointment will not be available for pickup and you will need to schedule a new appointment.
5.Once an appointment has been made ALL eligible paid items must be retrieved at the time of that scheduled appointment.
6.Pick up items MUST be retrieved within 30 days from the date payment was recorded.
If the items are not picked up within 30 days they are considered a donation and will be relisted without notice or refund
7.Orders that have been paid for as shipping will be shipped out & will not be allowed to be picked up once processed.
If you missed your appointment items MUST be retrieved within 7 days of your appointment.. Items not picked up within the 7 days will be taken as a donation without further notice and without refund. Missed appointment items DO NOT follow the 30 day policy and must be retrieved within 7 days of original appointment.
1.Items will be shipped out within 5 business days(excluding Weekends and Holidays) of payment being received
2.Items are shipped Via FedEx and FedEx determines an items SHIPPING weight
ONLY items weighing a combined total of 20Lb or less in SHIPPING wight can combine for shipping
unless item dimensions have been misrepresented Shipping weight will not be lowered
3.Items are considered for Shipping combination based on their individual shipping weights if they were shipped by themselves.
Items can be combined for shipping if: they are from the same Goodwill location, close within 7 days of each other, are not marked as Cannot Be Combined For Shipping, do not exceed 20 lbs. in combined SHIPPING weight and are the same carrier.
Buy Now Items can not be combined for shipping (due to system limitations)
4.There will be a re-shipping fee for items that are returned to sender.
5.Goodwill Industries of south central California will not be held responsible for items lost or stolen within shipping route once they have left our facility. Please follow up with carrier for these types of situations. FedEx claims are filed on your behalf. We are not responsible for denied claims or delays on FedEx resolutions.
Employees will not be permitted to assist in loading items into vehicles, please plan accordingly.
Important Information All customers must read the listing description and view the photographs for the item(s) of this listing. The information below pertains to all auctions from the Goodwill of South Central California. Please be aware that all bids will be bound to the Shopgoodwilll.com buyer's policy. Customer Service: All ticket inquiries will be answered within 48 hours of the initial request. If you have multiple item questions, please open a ticket for each of the items. Please do not inquire about multiple items in a single ticket. Refunds: Refunds will be assessed on a case by case basis and can only be approved by the E-Commerce manager. Note that both listing description and photos will be viewed during this assessment and may void your request. If you have any questions, it is better to open a ticket and ask before placing your bid. Shipping: We have a 5 business day shipping window after payment is processed. Currently, we are shipping 5-day but as our volume increases, times may vary. Please note that holidays and weekends are exempt from this 5-day window. We use FedEx as our main carrier and due to the odd dimensions of certain items, FedEx may charge more for shipping oversize items & calculate that into shipping weight as a "dimensional weight." Any special requests for alternate packaging arrangements may incur an additional handling fee charge to be paid before shipment.
