Live locally? We are open for non-contact pick ups. Items MUST be scheduled through the online scheduler in the open orders tab, prior to arriving. If the scheduler has nothing available, then all of the time slots have been taken and you will need to schedule on the next available day. We DO NOT accept walk-ins or drive-ups. If the order you are trying to pick up has not been scheduled, it will not be pulled, even if you have an existing appointment for a different order. Please remain in your vehicle and call us when you are outside (512) 681 3343 for instructions to facilitate. You MUST check your order before you leave the premises. If an issue arises with your order once you have left, we will not approve any refund/return request and any missing items will not be refunded. There is NO EXCEPTIONS to this policy. We appreciate your support and thank you for your understanding and patience.
*Missed Appointments* If you miss your scheduled pick-up appointment, although not required, you will be contacted as a courtesy on the Saturday following your missed appointment, and reminded to come and get your things. If you do not pick-up your items within 7 days from the missed appointment, your items will be donated with no further notice. Please note: Even if no courtesy contact has been made, you have 7 days from your missed appointment to come and get your things or they will be donated with no further notice.
