Local Pick Up Information:
All local pick up orders must be scheduled through the ShopGoodwill Pickup Scheduling System prior to picking up at 5307 Kingston Pike (Administration Building) Monday through Friday (holiday exceptions) 9:30am - 4:00pm.
Walk in order pickup requests will not be honored.
Multiple orders can be scheduled to be picked up at the same time.
Ensure the personnel and equipment needed to transport your order are provided at the time of pick up. We are unable to assist with loading items into vehicles.
24 hours notice for all local pick up items.
Items not picked up within 14 days of the last purchase will be considered abandoned and a donation. No refunds.
