Why was my payment declined?

Payment declines can occur for a number of reasons. You may have entered the wrong credit card number, card security code, zip code, expiration date, or billing address, or the card issuer or payment processor may have declined the transaction. If your payment is declined, please contact the card issuer or payment processor for further information.


Please note that declined transactions may temporarily show as held or pending charges on your card or bank account. These pending charges are generally dropped automatically by the card issuer, usually within 24-72 hours depending on their policy. Please check with the card issuer directly for further information regarding their policy on the holding of funds.
