As a protection to our shoppers and sellers and on behalf of the people who utilize our services, ShopGoodwill.com has implemented security features to help prevent the accumulation of numerous unpaid and Past Due items.

New accounts less than 30 days old are limited to being the high bidder on no more than 15 active auctions at any one time. To avoid being locked out of bidding on an item, please manage your bidding activity by bidding on earlier ending items first before bidding on later ending items, until your account is more than 30 days old.

Once an account (regardless of age) accumulates 15 or more open unpaid items, the bidding privileges on the account will be temporarily suspended until enough items are paid to bring the total number of open unpaid items below 15.
