Overview of MY SHOPGOODWILL

Please make sure you are signed in to ShopGoodwill.com by clicking “SIGN IN (or the menu icon from a mobile device) at the top right of the page and entering your ShopGoodwill.com Username and Password.


Once signed in, please click “MY SHOPGOODWILL (or the menu icon from a mobile device) at the top of the page, from here you will be able to direct yourself to your:


Personal Information: Here you can make adjustments to your Primary Contact Info, such as your account address and Notification Preferences*. This is also where you would change your email/password.


Open Orders: Here you will be able to Pay for your items and view and sort your unshipped orders using the links at the top of the table such as “Status etc. You will also be able export your Open Orders as a CSV or PDF file.


Shipped Orders: Here you will be able to view your Shipped Orders and sort them using the links at the top of the table such as “Order # etc. You will also be able export your Shipped Orders as a CSV or PDF file.


Auctions in Progress: Here you will be able to view the active auctions you are currently bidding on and monitor their progress. You will also be able sort the auctions using the links at the top of the table such as “Item ID etc. as well as export them as a CSV or PDF file.


Closed Auctions: Here you will be able to view the auctions you have bid on that are now closed for bidding. You will also be able select a date range, sort the auctions using the links at the top of the table such as “Item ID etc. as well as export them as a CSV or PDF file.


Favorites: Here you will be able to view/delete auctions currently added to your Favorites, remove closed or selected items, make “Quick Bids, and add Notes on the auctions such as shipping information etc. You will also be able sort the auctions using the links at the top of the table such as “Item ID etc.


Personal Shopper: Here you will be able to add search terms to your Personal Shopper via the “New button as well as Preview, Edit, or Delete your current entries. You will also be able sort the searches using the links at the top of the table such as “Keywords etc.


Customer Service: Here you will be able to view your Customer Service Support Tickets, simply click “View Ticket to review a ticket.


Saved Searches: Here you will be able to save search criteria for ongoing use. You will be able to View, Edit, and Delete these searches as well as sort the auctions using the links at the top of the table such as “Keywords etc.


Pickup Schedule: Here you will be able to view orders for which you have scheduled a Pick Up appointment.



*You can configure your account to receive the following Notification emails:


Bid Notification email: Sent after placing a bid.


Out Bid Notification email: Sent after you have been outbid on an item for which you were the previous high bidder.  


Shipment Notification email: Sent after an order you have paid for has been shipped.


Customer Service Ticket Notification email: Sent after a customer service ticket you have submitted has been responded to.


Special Offers and Promotional Email: Sent periodically by ShopGoodwill.com to alert you of upcoming offers or events.


To configure your email notification preferences, please Sign In to your ShopGoodwill.com account, click on Personal Information, then update your preferences in the Notification Preferences area.
