How do I receive Account notification?
You can configure your account to receive the following notifications:
Mobile Notifications:
Receive Out Bid Notifications: Sent after you have been outbid on an item for which you were the previous high bidder.
Receive Item Ending Soon Notifications: Sent when a Favorite item is ending soon.
Email Notifications:
Receive Bid Notifications: Sent after placing a bid.
Receive Out Bid Notifications: Sent after you have been outbid on an item for which you were the previous high bidder.
Receive Shipment Notifications: Sent after an order you have paid for has been shipped.
Customer Service Ticket Notification email: Sent after a customer service ticket you have submitted has been responded to.
Receive Customer Service Ticket Notifications: Sent periodically by ShopGoodwill.com to alert you of upcoming offers or events.
Receive Special Offers and Promotional Email: Sent periodically by ShopGoodwill.com to alert you of upcoming offers or events.
To configure your email notification preferences, please Sign In to your ShopGoodwill account, click on Personal Information under the MY SHOPGOODWILL tab, then update your preferences in the notification preference area.
