I contacted a seller but did not receive a response. How soon can I expect a response?

ShopGoodwill.com sellers are committed to providing the best possible customer support to our shoppers. In general our sellers will respond to you as quickly as possible, usually within 2 business days.


If you do not receive an answer to your inquiry within 2 business days, please verify that the information in the ticket created such as seller or item/order information is correct.
