ShopGoodwill.com offers tax exemption for retail resellers as well as other eligible parties. Below you will find further information regarding documentation required by each state for tax exempt resellers.

Please return these forms to support@shopgoodwill.com. Once returned we will pass the information on to our tax processor and your status will be updated in our system, usually within 1 to 5 business days.

All other miscellaneous tax exempt parties such as non-profit organizations, licensed diplomats, or veterans etc should email us directly at support@shopgoodwill.com with documentation verifying your tax exempt status so that we can submit it for further evaluation and confirmation.

Reseller Documentation

Documentation needed will vary from state to state. Please locate your state listed below in order to identify the form needed for exemption. Please be sure forms are filled out completely with the information below in order to be accepted.

Your Business/Organization Name and Address (Individual name is not accepted)
State Issued Exemption Number and/or FEIN# (if applicable)
Certificate must be dated in the current year
Seller’s Name should be entered as: Goodwill/ShopGoodwill.com
Seller Address should be entered as: Multiple
Description of Item(s) that will be purchased on ShopGoodwill.com
