This option is available on the Advanced Search page, as well as in the sidebar included on Search result page.

On the Advanced Search page, select the desired selling location from the Location dropdown list, then click Search and items from the selected seller will then be displayed.

You may also use the Seller Location filter to the left of your Search results on any search results page.
