Please make sure you are signed in to ShopGoodwill.com by clicking “Sign In” at the top right of the page (or the menu symbol on a mobile device) and entering your ShopGoodwill Username and Password.

Once signed in, please click “MY SHOPGOODWILL” at the top of the page then the Personal Information option.

Here you can make adjustments to your Primary Contact Info, such as your account address, Notification Preferences, Email Address, and Password.
