To make a payment please visit your Open Orders page located under the MY SHOPGOODWILL tab:

> Click the "$ Pay" button beside the item you would like to make payment for

> If combining items, click on the box next to each item you would like to combine and proceed

You will be asked if you would like to combine eligible items

All items eligible for combination will be displayed (Which items are eligible?)

Once the items have been combined an order will be created and displayed

> Select your preferred shipping method and confirm your shipping address

Shipping methods may vary from seller to seller

If changes need to be made to your shipping address select "Edit Address" below the address displayed

Once your changes are complete click the “Save Address button at the bottom of the form

> Select whether or not you would like to round up to the next dollar on your purchase

These funds are used to further support the mission of seller

> Click the “Proceed to payment button

If making payment with Credit/Debit Card:

> Select the card option

> Enter your payment information

> Click the “Get Your Item" button to finalize your order

If making payment through PayPal:

> Select the PayPal option

> Click the PayPal Checkout button

A new window will appear, here you will be prompted to enter your payment information or PayPal credentials. You may also select PayPal Credit and/or Pay in 4 options

> Enter your payment information

Once you have entered your information you will be automatically redirected back to ShopGoodwill to proceed with your order

> Click the “Get Your Item" button to finalize your order

If making payment through Google Pay:

> Select the Google Pay option

> Click Google "Pay" button

A new window will appear, here you will be prompted to enter your payment information or Google credentials

> Enter your payment information

Once you have entered your information you will be automatically redirected back to ShopGoodwill to proceed with your order

> Click the “Get Your Item" button to finalize your order

When the order is completed a payment confirmation screen will be displayed with seller and order information and an email notification will be sent confirming the details of your order. Thank you for shopping with us!
