A non-paying bidder is a buyer who wins an auction through the bidding or Buy It Now process but does not complete the transaction and/or fails to fulfill their obligation to purchase the item.

Accounts with numerous unpaid Past Due items violate the ShopGoodwill.com Terms of Use.

Per the ShopGoodwill.com Terms of Use, accounts with 3 or more unpaid Past Due items are subject to closure and the permanent loss of bidding privileges.
