Customer pick-ups are by appointment only, Tuesday - Friday, 8:30AM - 3PM (PT), excluding holidays. Please provide your name and the total item count so your items can be pulled and staged accordingly. Purchases will be made available for pick-up scheduling no sooner than 24 hours from payment receipt. Due to automation, if shipping was selected and paid for in error, the order will still be shipped if already processed. On the other hand, if pick-up was selected in error, please submit a customer service ticket to inquire about shipping options, if eligible.
All items not retrieved within 2 weeks from payment receipt will be considered a donation without further notice, unless special arrangements are made with our customer service team.
Pick-ups are made on a first-come, first-serve basis. Due to the high volume of pick-ups, there may be a wait period upon your arrival, please coordinate accordingly. Conditions of pick-up times and dates cannot be guaranteed outside the parameters set forth above. Please remember, you are bidding with this in mind. If these conditions cannot be met, please choose a shipping option instead. Thank you.
