Please call us at 319-283-7027 to set up a date and time for pick-up.
On-site pick-up items MUST be paid for in advance.
Items MUST be picked up within fourteen (14) days of the auction closing. Items not picked up within that time frame will be resold with no further notice, and the payment will be considered a charitable contribution.
Appointments MUST be set up prior to your arrival or you will need to reschedule, as merchandise will not be available without an appointment.
Upon arrival, please let an employee know that you are there to pick-up an item won on Shopgoodwill.com.
For your protection, we will only release an item to the person named on the Shopgoodwill.com account. If you would like to designate an authorized third party to pick up your item, please contact us prior to the pick-up.
