You could have an outside shipping/freight company pick up and ship your items to you; however we would request (if you are the winning bidder) that you please send us a message stating that you release Goodwill Easter Seals of all responsibility and of all damage that may occur once the items are picked up and shipped and that you understand that if you choose to return this item we cannot cover shipping cost in either direction. Returns and Refunds

• Contact us by email or phone at 952-600-1496 to process a return.
• All Returns must have prior approval.
• Return/refund requests must be made within seven (7) days of receiving the item, and items approved for return must be shipped back within seven (7) days of approval.
• Approved return orders will be refunded the amount paid for the item (excluding shipping and handling) less a restocking fee of 25%.
• Full refunds will only be approved for items that were damaged during shipping.
• All items must be returned in their original listed condition. Items that have been altered will not be refunded.
