Pick-up Item Policies:

PICK-UP ITEM POLICIES:

1. Pick-up Appointment hours are 10:00am- 3pm EST on TUESDAY, THURSDAY AND FRIDAY. 

***CUSTOMER SERVICE IS CLOSED WEEKENDS***

2. In order to pick up an item you MUST MAKE AN APPOINTMENT through our Shop Goodwill pick-up scheduling system. A scheduled pickup appointment option will be shown at the time of payment confirmation. NO PAYMENTS ACCEPTED AT TIME OF PICK UP.

**Please note: You will not be able to update/modify your appointment if the appointment is less than 2 days away. **

3. Please be prompt with your appointment. We will no longer be able to assist you if you arrive EARLY to your appointment. We will ask you to wait until your scheduled appointment time.

4. If you are running LATE, please send a ticket so we can be aware and assist in rescheduling. Orders will NOT be pulled past 10:00am.

5. MISSED APPOINTMENTS: Customers that miss appointments must reach out via customer service ticket and reschedule (Tuesday Thursday Friday ONLY). Must get confirmation from Customer Service team. Customers that miss and reschedule appointments three times or more will have their items relisted. This will be considered a donation to our store.

6.If you purchase large items, please plan accordingly for pickup.

7. Pickup items MUST be retrieved within 14 days from the date payment was recorded. If not, the item(s) will be considered a donation to our store and will be relisted.

8. Buyers may also arrange their own pick-up/package/delivery service for large and "Pick-Up Only" items, however the carrier must assume all responsibility for the item & must be able to pick it up, pack, and ship it. Please submit a customer service message for inquiry

9. Orders that have been paid for as shipping will be shipped out & will not be allowed to be picked up once processed.

10.Returns: Any concerns will need to be made within 2 days of retrieving the item(s). Returns must be completed within 12 days of approval. After the 12-day approval, the return will no longer be valid.

11. Conditions of pickup times and dates cannot be guaranteed outside the factors stated above. Please remember, you are bidding with this in mind. If these conditions cannot be met, please choose a shipping option instead.

When:Local pick up is APPOINTMENT ONLY. Hours are Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday only between the hours of 10:00am - 3:00pm EST. 12pm - 1pm is BLOCKED OUT FOR LUNCH and closed on Saturday & Sunday. Our office is located at 701 Boutwell Rd Lake Worth, FL 33461. If items are not picked up within 14 days after the day of payment, they will be considered a donation to our store and will be re-listed and re-sold and no refund will be given. No exceptions.
